My Background
I previously worked as a social worker for nearly 30yrs, and also trained as a life coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist. So I have extensive experience of working with carers, people with dementia, autism and young people and children. My experience has enabled me to provide a sensitive, understanding bespoke service, tailored to your individual needs. Nothing shocks me!
I am delighted to have finally found the right path and the most effective therapy to enable people to make the changes they want – in their thinking and life. I live in St Austell with my family, two great dogs and a crazy cat!
I am fully committed to BWRT, having found it amazingly effective and relatively fast! I love my work and am passionate about it. I constantly strive to provide a better service. I love supporting people to take control back and make the positive changes they want.
Why do I practice BWRT?
I practice BWRT because it’s so effective and works with a wide array of issues. Any situation where people need to make a real change in their life or thinking, BWRT can help. I’m very focused on enabling people – children and adults – to get to how they want to be. I am sensitive and compassionate and work in an honest direct way. I address the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
Where do I practice?
I practice in the St Austell area in Cornwall and also work via WhatsApp video and telephone sessions both nationally and internationally. My practice is on the ground floor in Enterprise House, Dainton Business Park, Par Moor Road, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 3RF (opposite The Range).
There is plenty of free parking available directly outside. There is one step outside to enter the building, otherwise it is level access. If you have any accessibility needs please let me know in advance so I can do my best to facilitate your needs.
