Welcome to my new site which I am creating! I am excited to be able to add BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) to my range of therapeutic options now. BWRT is especially effective with PTSD, phobia’s and anxiety. It works quickly and for the long term, making it a highly desirable form of psychotherapy.

I’ll be adding more information soon, but if you want to reach me in the meantime to discuss your needs or make an appointment here are my details;

I practice at Enterprise House, St Austell and via telephone and video call. There is ample free parking available. I offer evening appointments if needed.

About BWRT…

‘BWRT’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist, and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It doesn’t use hypnosis or any mystical concepts – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it to be completely successful. Only bona fide BWRT practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. You can find out more at https:www.bwrt.org

About Julie Escott…

I was a social worker for 26yrs so have extensive experience of people from all walks of life and situations, and am non-judgemental and understanding. My experience enables me to provide a sensitive bespoke service, tailored to your individual needs. I am also an experienced, qualified hypnotherapist, as well as a registered BWRT practitioner, so I use both forms of psychotherapy now. Some clients allow me to decide which is the most suitable treatment for them and other specifically ask for the therapy they want. I love my work – supporting people to take control back and make the positive changes they want in their lives.  I live in St Austell, Cornwall, with my husband, son, two dogs and crazy cat!

There’s a waiting area outside of my practice room in case you’re early, as you can see. Many people find it stressful, going somewhere new for the first time, so I thought I’d include these pictures so you can see what it will be like. If you’d like any other information please just contact me, or visit my other website www.Hypnotherapy-Helps.com to find out more about me and see a short video clip.
